Presentation to Marie Knight in Thanks for her Leadership on Centennial Year events - Mayor Webb presented former Recreation and Senior Services Director Knight with a proclamation, flowers, and a 1906 coin. Ms. Knight thanked the City Council, Centennial Steering Committee, volunteers, City staff, and the Recreation and Senior Services Department.

Outgoing Mayor’s Remarks - Outgoing Mayor Webb introduced his wife and two sons. He thanked his friends, campaign treasurer, the City Council for selecting him as Mayor during the City’s Centennial year, and staff for their support. He also thanked the citizens for electing him to a second term. He discussed some of the projects that occurred while he was on Council and thanked outgoing Council Members Nichols and Ridgeway for their service. He congratulated Mayor Rosansky and Mayor Pro Tem Selich for being selected this year and congratulated Council Members Curry, Daigle, Henn, and Gardner for being elected.

He recognized former Assemblywoman Marian Bergeson and former Mayors Steve Bromberg, Jan Debay, Dennis O’Neil, Evelyn Hart, and John Heffernan.
