City Attorney Clauson announced that a new item from Code Enforcement needs to be added to the agenda to be discussed in Closed Session pursuant to GC§54956.9(c). She stated that the item came forward after the agenda was posted and they would be discussing whether to initiate litigation against one or more group home businesses in violation of the moratorium. She explained the procedure for adding the item to the agenda.
