Introduction of Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) CEO, Will Kempton - Mr. Kempton stated that he looks forward to working with the City, discussed budget cuts, current litigation, mobility needs, and the Measure M program. Mayor Pro Tem Curry and Council Member Webb expressed their gratitude for his hard work. City Manager Kiff thanked him for his role in helping the City acquire the land for Sunset Ridge Park.
