6. REQUEST TO SELL CITY-OWNED PROPERTY IN FRONT OF 412 CARNATION AVENUE (C-4878). [38/100-2011] a) Conditionally approve the sale of the City-owned property in front of 412 Carnation Avenue to the property owner’s of 412 and 412½ Carnation Avenue as described in the agreement for purchase and sale of real property; and b) authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for purchase and sale of real property on behalf of the City.
